Frequently Asked Questions
When I will receive my pictures?
In first 7 days you will get previews from which you are choosing your favourites. You will receive edited photos in 10 – 14 working days.
Will I receive all pictures or just edits?
I do not send RAW files.
Is there deposit? What are payment options?
I require a deposit of 50% of the total value, the rest you can pay on the day of the shoot.
Deposit payment is done by Stripe/PAYPAL (so Credit/Debit Card also:) )
Final payment is done by cash or Stripe/PAYPAL (so Credit/Debit Card also:) )
Both payment and contract need to be finalized in 48h since receiving to hold the date.
What in case of bad weather?
Iceland’s ever-changing weather is part of what makes photos here so special. Rain, wind, or fog can create a uniquely atmospheric backdrop, adding depth and character to your images. I carefully monitor the forecast leading up to our session, and unless the conditions are extreme, we’ll make the most of whatever nature brings. Since the weather can shift rapidly, being adaptable and flexible is essential. If it becomes too severe or unsafe, we’ll find the best solution together, including rescheduling if necessary.
How long you keep files from photoshoot?
As per contract we will sign Link for gallery is active 3 months. I keep raw files of photoshoot indefinitely.
